I am in puppy heaven!!!  I can not even begin to tell you how cute Louie is.  He has tons of energy and has reminded me what it is like to be a new mom.  We brought him home yesterday and he has been mostly a dream.  Last night wasn’t the best, but I am hoping tonight will be better.  Just look at this face…

The only problem is…I have to figure out how to get out of my pajamas!!!!:))))

It took me till 12:00 p.m. before I could get some clothes on and make it to the grocery store.  I hope you remember me saying that simple recipes usually turn out to be the best, because the next couple weeks or so I can’t imagine doing anything but.

This is the purest form of simple, and the biggest example of delight.

 

Arugula Salad
 
Ingredients
  • Arugula ( enough for whoever is eating )
  • Shredded carrots ( I had four eating and used about 4 cups)
  • Olive oil ( just enough to coat the veggies)
  • Red wine vinegar, 4 tablespoons
  • Fresh ground pepper
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!!!
