Baked Sweet & Spicy Sweet Potato Fries

I’m a girl.  Girls love fries.  I am a girl that loves fries!  I love them any which way.

If I ate the fried version all the time  I would probably weigh 300 lbs!

I think about all different ways to bake fries in the oven.   It’s sad to say this happens in my sleep.

I do my best thinking when I’m sleeping.

I have a post for Baked Eggplant Fries that are killer!

These sweet potato wedges are a staple in my weekday dinners.

Cut ends of 2-3 sweet potatoes. (My family eats a lot!)
Cut in wedges or fries. (I switch off)
Sometimes I leave the skin on.  It makes them crunchier.
Line a cookie sheet or two with Reynolds wrap.
Spray sheet with olive oil spray.
Lay cut fries in a single layer and spray with olive oil.
Season generously with salt, pepper, chili powder, and cinnamon!!!  Yummy

Bake at 400 for about 45 minutes, flipping in the middle.

Watch to make sure they don’t get too burnt.  A little is kinda yummy:)
