This is one of those recipes you don’t want to share.  The one you think will make you MILLIONS.  Keep wishing, right?  The biggest problem is I didn’t develop this mouth watering, vision of beauty.  I found this in the Noteworthy Two cookbook.  Don’t wait,  make this right now, and I promise I will be your new best friend!!!

Best Ever Corn Bead
 
Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 8.5 ounces canned cream corn
  • 12 ounces corn muffin mix ( I use Jiffy's)
Instructions
  1. In large bowl combine eggs, oil, and salt.  Mix well.  Add sour cream and corn.  Mix well.  Add muffin mix.  Mix well.  Pour into greased 8-inch square glass baking dish.  Bake in a preheated 375-degree oven 45 minutes.
