Has anyone aver tried Biscoff Spread?  I never had until yesterday.  It’s kinds like peanut butter, but not quite as strong of a flavor.  I am a peanut butter connoisseur, so I thought there was no way I would like the taste!  I was actually a little scared to try it!   I have to tell you I was pleasantly surprised!  So much so that I decided to add it to this recipe.

Puppy chow at it’s finest!!!

This is an easy recipe you can through together at the last minute, and your kids can do all the work for you:))!!

Biscoff Puppy Chow

Ingredients
  • 8 cups Chex cereal
  • 1 cup Biscoff spread
  • 6 tbsp butterscotch chips
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • powered sugar
Instructions
  1. Place cereal in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl add Biscoff spread, butterscotch chips, and butter. Put into microwave and cook on high for 1 minute. Mix to check consistency and continue to cook if needed for 30 second intervals until smooth.
  3. Pour mixture over cereal and gently mix to coat.
  4. Divide cereal in two large gallon size Ziploc bags containing enough powdered sugar to coat easily.
  5. Shake, shake, shake until the cereal is completely white, and then carefully pour into a large colander to shake off extra sugar.
  6. That's it, as easy as can be!!!
  7. Enjoy!!!
