It doesn’t matter if you are a novice cook in the kitchen or a trained chef, everyone loves a simple yet completely satisfying dish.  A recipe that is lick smacking good and eye catching at the same time.  This starter is all the above.

Caprese on a Stick

  1. All you need to do is the following...
  2. cut a cherry tomato in half
  3. place a piece of freshly cut buffalo mozzarella on top
  4. lay a small cut ribbon of fresh basil over cheese
  5. top with other half of tomato
  6. secure with tooth pick
  7. drizzle with your favorite olive oil and balsamic vinegar
  8. Enjoy! Yummy Yummy!!!
