Easy Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

January 14, 2013

I have made this recipe countless times over the years and my kids still beg me to make it time and time again.  It’s really important to use large bananas for this recipe to keep the bread moist.  If your bananas are on the small side just add an extra one and it will be perfect.  If you are not in the mood for chocolate try adding in dried fruit or coconut.  The bottom line is,  you can put this yummy bread together in no time at all and please all the people you love!
