Day 3 of my cleanse is going great.  On the menu for lunch today are my go to savory canapes.  I’m a big fan of anything with avocado so I always need to sneak some in.  All you need is some brown rice cakes ( I used a mini plain version here).  Mash up some avocado for the first layer, top with thinly sliced smoked salmon and for the finale an egg slice.  I eat this a couple times a week because it keeps me feeling full for a long time. Sliced tomato and avocado is awesome too!!!  I’m actually getting hungry again talking about it:))).

Ingredients
  • My version of an Arnold Palmer Juice 3 lemons in a large pitcher and fill with water, refrigerate In another pitcher, brew 32 ounces of TEAVANA Blueberry Bliss and Pineapple Kona Pop In a large glass with ice, pour half and half.
