Last year I made a ham for Thanksgiving.  I made my turkey too,  don’t get crazy here!..  can you guess what went first???  The Ham was the hit of Thanksgiving,  so I talked Marc into letting me serve it alongside our Beef Tenderloins.  BIG HIT!!!  This dish is simple, delicious, and feeds a big crowd.

Honey Baked Ham
 
Ingredients
  • 1 spiral cut good quality ham
  • Dark brown sugar
  • Coke
  • Honey
Instructions
  1. Put your ham in a roasting pan. I use one that has a tray.
  2. Sprinkle tons of the dark brown sugar all over the ham, I don't think you can over do this step.
  3. drizzle honey over the brown sugar and pour some coke in the bottom of your roaster, let's say about half a can.
  4. Tent the ham with Reynolds wrap and put in 300 degree oven for 1½ hours. Baste every 20-30 minutes. Add more coke as needed to pan.
  5. I served mine with pretzel rolls and honey mustard. Enjoy!
